The location was excellent, as the hotel is within walking distance of many spots worth visiting and near a number of subway stops (including one right across the street). The breakfast was terrific and well-worth the cost. Room was a good size for this type of hotel. I also had a package delivered in advance of my arrival and retrieved it without issue.

My first time in Tokyo and travelling solo for a musical show that was happening at Tokyo Dome City Hall, the check in process was auromated and smooth, reception was sparkling clean and staff were always ready to help. They often would bow and tell you to have a good day or tell you welcome back if they see you. Walkind distance from alot of subway/metro stations and Tokyo Dome, I even took a leisurely walk to Akihabara and it took about 30 minutes. Room was small, expected from the indicated size in the listing. Small but comfortable. Nice double bed, TV access, working air conditioner and a desk. I wish there was more USB outlets but it's not the most important as travellers usually have their own adapter. The bathroom was a tight fit but not bad, provided more than enough amenities ranging from toothbrushes to disposable shaver. The bathtub is small but enough for one person to soak after a long day of walking. I booked the deal with included breakfast which was a little restaurant connected to their ground floor. 5 items offered for the free breakfast and the traditional japanese breakfasts will be a sore miss once I return home. Overall, a good hotel for solo travellers on a budget. I would rate it higher but I needed an iron but all they had was a pants press located next to the lifts on every floor.

Overall a solid service, clean and professional hotel. Room cleaning suggested and performed only every 3rd day, which is fine, as a "service bag" is placed daily at the door with different items for personal use (like towels, tea bags etc).

The location is super near to train station and is 10 minutes-walk to the tokyo dome. For the convenience stores, there are two convenience stores located near the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by various restuarants.

APA hotel is really a good option if you don’t care about staying in a traditional Japanese hotel because it’s way similar to European standards. Everything was super clean and they always gave us cleaned towels and new toiletteries, etc. The staff was really nice. The hotel is close to Iidabashi station which is a really good station from where you can reach many main Tokyo’s stations.

This was one of the best stay in our trip to Japan. The customer service was another level. We had a lot of luggage and we’re traveling with a toddler. We also arrived from another hotel where we lost our luggage and had the worst customer service so we were really stressed. But the customer service provided from the moment of check in until checkout at this hotel was exceptional. One particular staff in the reception was so considerate. The staff explained to us the easiest way to travel to the airport and even helped us to carry our luggage outside of the hotel. We were in a hurry since we were scared we might miss our flight so I couldn’t get the name of the staff. The staff reception had a female attendant on 14th June. I would never forgot the customer service provided by this particular staff. And I’m wholeheartedly grateful. The rooms are small compared to other hotels but I would easily choose this hotel over any other hotel in Tokyo simply due to the friendliness of all the staff and customer service.

Basic, no frills hotel with everything we needed. Across the road from the Tozai line and a Family Mart, and a few mins walk from the Chuo. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Huge TV. Comfortable bed. Absolutely soundproof- even when my room was next to the elevator we didn't hear a thing. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

The room was clean and nicely appointed. The WiFi was good and logging on to it was easy. The hotel is is a largely residential area with a good choice of shops and bars. The station is a few minutes walk away with good links across the city and a direct link to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and other well known areas. Kagurazaka is a very pleasant part of Tokyo and is an easy walk, it offers even more restaurants, bars, wine-bars. For beer lovers there are a few craft beer places nearby which serve a wide selection of first class beers.

The hotel was very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is great, it is close to restaurants, shrines, train stations and the Imperial Palace. Though the train station that right in front of the hotel is not a main station so if you would like to access tourist spots such as Shinjuku or Shibuya you will need to change onto another line. The JR station that is 5-8mins walk away will give you access to all those spots without transferring to another train. The Imperial Palace is a great place for a run. So if you enjoy your daily jog/run then being close to the Imperial Palace is great. There are also plenty of taxis frequently surrounding the hotel as well.
